Paper Presentation

- 1. Topic: Open Topic
- 2. Each participant must pay a registration fee of Rs 100.
- 3. Event timing is from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Technology Tower.
- 4. Teams can have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 participants.
- 5. Keep presentations within 5-6 minutes.
- 6. Avoid excessive animations in presentations.
- 7. Limit each slide to seven lines of text or bullet points.
- 8. Submit your PowerPoint presentation to [email protected] with your name and college by April 27, 2024.

Coding & Debugging
Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. The registration fee for participation in the event is structured as follows: 50/- for one person and 100/- for two persons(only two participants allowed as team).
- 2. The event is scheduled from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Technology Tower.
- 3. The competition comprises two rounds.
- 4. In Round 1, participants will receive a link to a Google Forms document containing debugging questions, which they must attempt to solve within the allocated time.
- 5. Round 2 involves participants being given a set of questions for which they must design code. Their code must produce the sample output provided and handle other complex inputs specified by the coordinators.
- 6. Participants must complete both rounds within the given time frame, and it is advisable to bring a pen for rough work during the competition.

Technical Quiz
Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. Only individual participants are allowed and participants will be given 15 mins to complete each round.
- 2. For each correct answer, participants will receive +5 marks. Incorrect answers and unanswered questions will result in a deduction of -5 marks.
- 3. Participants will enter the next rounds based on their performance and marks.
- 4. In the event of a tie among the participants regarding the score, the Tiebreaker Round will be conducted to resolve it.
- 5. The judge’s decision will be final and irrevocable. Arguments over their decision will not be entertained and may result in the disqualification of that particular team.
- 6. If anyone found to be cheating, they will be disqualified.

Web Designing
Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. Event Timing: 11 AM - 12.30 PM @EEE Seminar Hall
- 2. Participants can participate either individually or as a team.
- 3. Each team can contain up to 2 members maximum.
- 4. Participants must bring their personal computer.
- 5. Participants are strictly prohibited from copying codes from GitHub, Stack Overflow, CodePen, ChatGPT, and other sources. Any team found violating this rule will be disqualified from the competition.
- 6. Participants are not allowed to use their mobile phones during the event, except for emergencies.
- 7. Participants may use their mobile phones for internet connectivity only during the competition if necessary.
- 8. Participants must create and design the websites themselves without the help of others. Although collaboration between team members is allowed, each individual should contribute to the project equally.
- 9. Participants must ensure that their website is appropriate and respectful. Any offensive or inappropriate content will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
- 10. Participants are allowed to use Bootstrap and Google Fonts. Other sources should not be used. Such practices are prohibited.
- 11. Participants must respect the judges and their decisions. Their decision is final and cannot be opposed.
- 12. Participants must submit their project design on time, as failure to do so may result in disqualification from the contest.

Non - Technical Events
Cooking Without Fire
Rs. 200 /Team (For 3 Participants in a Team Rs. 250)
- 1. There should be two/three members in a team and TIMING: 11.00am -12.30pm @EEE Seminar Hall
- 2. Participants should be present 10mintues prior at the venue & total preparation time: 1hr.
- 3. All the ingredients, equipment & vessels required for cooking should be brought by the participants themselves, only working table will be provided.
- 4. Electric mixer-jar will be provided by us & Participants should not bring any chopped or grated raw vegetables/fruits.
- 5. They should do it on the spot within the allotted time(no prior preparation allowed)
- 6. Participants should not bring any pre-cooked items(boiled)
- 7. Participants are supposed to display a chart having the names of ingredients for each dish they have prepared.
- 8. Participants can bring non-electric equipment’s like mixer, chopper, juicer, grater etc… & Heating by any method is not permitted.
- 9. The prepared cooking items should be hygienic and Participants should clean their respective work places after the preparation over.
- 10. The Evaluation will be based on the taste of the dish, nutritional level, cleanliness, creativity and presentation (The name of the dish should be unique), The best dish will be Awarded andparticipation certificate will be provided to all participants.

Act Like a GOAT
Rs. 100 per Team
- 1. Timings: 01.30 PM to 03.00 PM @Auditorium
- 2. Team participation only (2 / 3 members)
- 3. In Round 1: Each team will select one of the scenes from a lot, and one of the members should act out the scene exactly. Each scene may only contain 20-40 seconds of a clip. Many genres are available.
- 4. In Round 2: Particular genres selected by lots. Dialogue delivery and expressions are very important in this phase.Each scene would contain a maximum of 50 seconds of dialogue.
- 5. Be punctual to the event.
- 6. Don't hesitate to show talent in front of others, so be bold.
- 7. You will be given 3-5 minutes to prepare the scene.
- 8. Judges' evaluation is the final decision.

Photography
Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. Only Solo participation is allowed.
- 2. Photo should be uploaded on given email-id (email: [email protected])
- 3. Uploading time: 10.30am to 1.30pm (3hrs)
- 4. Everyone should submit the photo within the given time.
- 5. No DSLR camera should be used, only the Mobile camera is allowed.
- 6. Photoshop should not be done, but basic edits can be done. The use of any editing apps apart from basic editing software is prohibited.
- 7. There should be no watermark.
- 8. No irrelevant pictures should be uploaded.
- 9. The photo must be taken within the college campus.
- 10. Everyone should upload only one photo.
- 11. Everyone should upload the photo to the given mail id and all must mention Name, Department, pursuing year, College Name.
- 12. Mention the category below the photo and the Topic chosen.
- 13. Failure to give your response on time or violation of rule will result in rejection with no refund
- 14. Capturing the best picture and submitting it within the given time will be awarded. (Note: All participants will receive a participation certificate.)

- 1. Event Timings: 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM @Mechnical Block
- 2. Participants must be prepared to start and finish their paintings within the designated time.
- 3. Participants are not allowed to bring pre-made drawings or paintings.
- 4. A3 sheets will be provided by us but other stationeries and things for the artwork must be brought by the individual.
- 5. The topics are listed below, and participants must draw only based on the topic they select.
- 6. The winner will be decided based on the theme and adherence to the rules of competitions.
- 7. Participants can have a reference picture from their phone to see and draw.
- 8. Topics for pencil sketches: The journey of life from birth to old age, portraits of loved ones or famous figures, architectural details or buildings, and fantasy creatures or characters like anime favorites
- 9. Topics for Paintings: Painting art inspired by famous painting artists, exploring themes of freedom and social change, capturing the starry night, and illustrating a scene from a chosen song.
- 10. Two first prizes will be awarded based on two categories: Paintings, which encompass watercolors, oil pastels, and color pencils & Pencil sketches, restricted to various shades of pencils only.

- 2. Create Your memes about College Life, Reality Shows, College Placements, Social, Elections and IPL
- 3. Participants can submit only one meme
- 4. Participant's meme should be based on one of the categories mentioned above.
- 5. Participants' memes should have a minimum image quality of 2MP.
- 6. Participants must not submit offensive, plagiarized, or 18+ memes.
- 7. Participants must submit their memes through the Google form provided and Participants must make submissions before the specified deadline to be considered.
- 8. Participants are not allowed to argue over judges' decisions. The decision of the judges will be final.
- 9. Participants must respect their teammates and opponents. Participant's language used in the memes should be appropriate and respectful.
- 10. Judging Criteria: 30% of Orginality, 30% of Humor, 20% of Creativity, 10% of Image Quality and 10% of Adherence to Theme.

Gully Cricket

- 1. The event will be held at the Basketball Ground with a starting time of 9:30 am. Registration fees for teams are set at 200/-.
- 2. Each team must consist of 6 members.
- 3. The match format is a 3-over game.
- 4. Wickets can be taken either by one pitch one hand or through a bowled delivery.
- 5. Only straight hits resulting in sixes and fours will be counted; hits on other sides are considered out.
- 6. The game will utilize a Stumper Ball.
- 7. Teams are required to bring their own bats.
- 8. The decision of the umpire is deemed final.
- 9. Only medium-fast and spin bowling styles are permitted.
- 10. Punctuality is highly encouraged.

Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. The event will take place from 11:00 am to 12:30 noon (UTC +5:30) at the Mechanical block.
- 2. No Team Participation Allowed & The competition will follow a knockout format.
- 3. Matches will be conducted with a blitz time control of 10 minutes per player for the entire game, without any increment.
- 4. In case of a tie, players will compete again with a time control of 3 minutes per player for the entire game.
- 5. Chess boards and pieces will be provided by the organizers, and participants must use the provided equipment for all matches.
- 6. Pairings for each round will be announced before the tournament begins, and players must be at their designated boards promptly at the scheduled start time.
- 7. Players are responsible for arriving on time, as failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
- 8. Any disputes or concerns regarding matches can be appealed to the tournament director, whose decision will be final.
- 9. Fair play and sportsmanship are expected from all participants, and any form of cheating, including receiving outside assistance or using electronic devices, will result in immediate disqualification.

- 2. Duo's and Trio's are allowed to participate as a team.
- 3. Bring your own things like earphones & gaming sleeves & wifi or hotspot won't be provided.
- 4. Emoting against opponents and to your own teamates is prohibited.
- 5. Participants shouldn't use 'Hacks' or 'config files',if found using any the whole team will be disqualified.
- 6. PC's & Tabs aren't allowed to play and players participating should play the game in the specified area allotted,playing from home or from other places will be subjected to disqualification.
- 7. Rules for Round 1 (Full Map/BR):
- 8. Reviving through vending machines or revival points is not allowed. Teaming up with opponents is strictly prohibited; any such actions will result in disqualification for both teams. Matches will be conducted in 'BERMUDA' only. 'Camping' or engaging in 'Heal battles' is prohibited; winning a match by these means will not be considered. The top 4 teams will be selected for Round 2 based on entries.
- 9. Rules for Round 2 (Clash Squad):
- 10. It's up to the 'TRIO'S AND DUO'S' if they've made it this far. Blocking opponents from reaching the safe zone intentionally will result in disqualification. Unlimited loot option will be enabled for this round. Climbing rooftops is prohibited. Breaking opponents' round walls is prohibited. Capturing the center zone using Gloo-walls is prohibited. Usage of grenades is strictly prohibited. A maximum amount of CS coin will be provided at the start of every round. Airdrop and cyber airdrop will be disabled.

BGMI
Rs. 50 /Head
- 1. Squad: Minimum 1 and Maximum 4 participants are allowed to form a team. The event will take place from 01:30 pm to 03:00 pm in the Auditorium.
- 2. Participants can participate solo, duo, trio, or in a squad.
- 3. Participants are not allowed to team up with enemy teams. Each player or team must play independently.
- 4. Participants must not use any hacks. If found, the team will be disqualified.
- 5. Matches will be conducted on the Erangel Map (Battle Royale).
- 6. Respect towards teammates and opponents is mandatory, and the use of disrespectful or abusive language is not allowed.
- 7. Participants will earn 5 points for each kill achieved. In squad matches, a chicken dinner (winning the match) will award 15 points to the victorious squad, while the runner-up squad will receive 10 points.
